Proodoss update

Employees, managers and team leaders can now also start a 1:1 form!
A few weeks ago, the 1:1 functionality in Proodoss was added. This allows employees and appraisers to complete a form together by sending it back-and-forth and possibly approving it. Until now, this had to be started by the HR Admin.
So from now on, employees, managers and team members can also do this for one employee.
How does it work?
Go to My performance and then to 1:1.
Click the button at the top right: + add 1:1.
A new screen opens, where the employee, team leader or manager can start a form about themselves or an employee.
Of course, the availability of this functionality depends on permissions, and only managers and team leaders can start a form about an employee.
This is also where the employee chooses the form they want to use and who the assessor is.
HR determines which forms are made available.
When creating a Form Template, the 1:1 includes the option to make the form available to employees and/or to managers, team leader and HR.
This setting is determined per form template (see screenshot below).
