Last period, we worked hard to lay the foundation for the next steps in Performance Development. To this end, the following changes have been made to Proodoss.

Our software team is currently working on being able to create multiple types of forms. Of these, the most important is the 1:1 Form. With that functionality, forms between employee and assessor (mostly employee and manager) can be sent directly back and forth.
