We were the first agency to develop a method that rewards employees for their added value. Moreover, we developed the extraordinarily sophisticated, digital platform Proodoss that supports reward and development policies. Small team, but oh so contemporary, innovative and decisive. In the role of consultant, you will earn with us depending on your added value. Practice what you preach, right? Market-based means that as a junior consultant this means up to EUR 4,000, as a medior up to EUR 5,500 and as an accomplished consultant up to EUR 7,000 per month. Furthermore, we have a non-guaranteed thirteenth month, two weeks of Christmas holidays at company expense and you get access to a nice Apple Air and ditto fully electric lease car.

Cold acquisition is not necessary with us. Customers prefer to come forward spontaneously. You make the acquaintance, draw up an offer and carry out the project. These projects are usually short, about three to four months. Short and powerful projects on which we pride ourselves. That makes the work so varied.

Apart from fitting the above character sketch, we require an academic background and some years of experience in conceptual, human resource issues. Compensation management we will teach you.
