Bureau Baarda is part of Highberg<\/a> (formerly BexerHamstra), a leading consultancy firm specialising in organisational design, remuneration and pensions. We are the pioneers behind Model Baarda \u2013 the first role model of its kind in the Netherlands \u2013 and advise HR teams at (fast-growing) organisations on structuring roles, developing staff and designing fair and motivating remuneration policies.\u00a0<\/p>

Our approach is pragmatic and always based on co-creation. No off-the-shelf solutions, just bespoke solutions that really work. You\u2019ll be working within a close-knit, dedicated team of Consultants, Customer Success Managers and Online Learning Experts.\u00a0<\/p>

Your role<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

As a Consultant, you will be responsible for initiating and delivering projects with Model Baarda. You will advise clients on the most appropriate approach, draw up quotations, facilitate sessions to develop a Job Matrix and People Matrix, and provide support in establishing a coherent policy for people development and remuneration.\u00a0<\/p>

You will work on projects of varying sizes and levels of complexity. You will work both independently and as part of a team, with plenty of scope for your own input and development.\u00a0<\/p>
