What are you going to do?<\/strong><\/p>

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the link between our consultants and our clients. Once a project goes live, you\u2019ll be the one ensuring that our clients continue to derive maximum benefit from our model and our digital platform, Proodoss. This platform supports the organisation\u2019s remuneration and development policy, and you\u2019ll guide our clients through its set-up and use. You\u2019ll advise on processes and facilitate knowledge sharing amongst our clients. You\u2019ll also play a coordinating role within our digital client community, working closely with our team, which consists of a fellow Customer Success Manager, the Online Academy Manager and the consultants at Bureau Baarda.<\/p>

In addition, you will answer clients\u2019 technical queries and contribute ideas to help them succeed. We are looking for someone who is not only service-oriented, but also keen to learn and develop their skills in the field of project management. You will therefore also be involved in various support tasks for implementation projects and will occasionally attend workshops. In addition, you will help prepare remuneration surveys, carry out job evaluations, organise client and team days, and improve internal processes.<\/p>
