For people in need of a service-oriented (part-time) job

We are a small team that helps companies design their remuneration policies. Contemporary, fast-paced and dynamic. What we lack is a backbone: a support force that is first point of contact for customers, manages our community and - perhaps most importantly - helps customers when they have questions about Proodoss, our digital platform. Not technically, but mainly functionally. For the latter, it is important that you have knowledge of the HRM field.

If we are honest, we are looking for a slightly overqualified person who wants to commit to our team hands-on for an extended period of time. Upbeat and cheerful, service-oriented and like us, knows how to get things done.

Besides fitting the above character sketch, we require a college background and several years of experience with practical, HRM-related client queries. Working part-time is not a problem. Salary depending on experience up to 3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours.
